Pillar Point, Half Moon Bay, CA. We've had a lot of fog lately; everything has been looking like this.

I looked on a map and saw that Maverick's Beach (of the surfing competition) was at the end of Pillar Point and thought "gee, I bet that's pretty!" Guess I mentally edited out the Air Force radar station, which was clearly shown on the map.
